Role: Managing director/ climber
Founder of the company Carl set up with the sole aim of becoming one of the best tree management firms in the North West. Always focused on delivering work to the highest standards whilst creating a thriving environment for arborists to develop, Carl’s unrivalled passion for arboriculture shines through in every aspect of the business. Managing projects, liaising with clients and occasionally finding time to climb, carl is the engine that drives poplar tree solutions and he is always looking to build on, improve and expand.
Stuart
Role: Team leader/ lead climber
Stuart’s expertise take the limelight as he combines his unique climbing ability and leadership skills to ensure every job is completed to his own high standards. Stuart has a wealth of experience worldwide, using his technical abilities to make even complex jobs run smoothly. Setting the pace Stuart manages a well organised and efficient team whilst being a role model for some of our younger staff.
Greg
Role: Arborist / climber
Greg has joined Poplar Tree Solutions with a positive attitude and a real drive to learn the way we work. Calm, capable and safety-focused, he takes pride in doing the job properly, whether that’s supporting the team on the ground or getting involved on the ropes when needed. He’s quick to ask the right questions, keen to develop his climbing skills, and already proving himself to be a reliable part of the crew. With his steady work ethic and attention to detail, Greg is set to become a strong long-term asset to the team.
Ethan
Role: Apprentice
An enthusiastic young arborist, Ethan has fallen in love with the industry and is a favourite amongst our team. A charming individual with a tireless work ethic, Ethan is a real team player. With his commitment to setting and achieving his professional goals, Ethan has a bright future ahead of him at Poplar Tree Solutions.
